Description
** Due to the Santa Monica grass maintenance schedule, this class takes place on the asphalt directly behind the grass at behind DMN8 - Ocean Park **
A lower body strength workout that focuses on the posterior chain, especially the glutes & abs. After a light bodyweight warm up you'll move through exercises which alternate between challenging your core and lower body.
Please bring your own beach towel (or yoga mat for extra cushion) and water to class.
DIRECTIONS
Enter the beach parking lot at the corner of Hollister Avenue & Barnard Way.
The parking lot on your left (south) which is closest to our workout costs $10 per day.
The parking lot on your right (north) which is slightly further away from our workout, costs just $1 per hour. We recommend parking here & paying for 2 hours.
After you've parked, just walk south until you see the group on the grass. You cannot miss us!
